At DECJUBA, we want you to love your purchase; if you change your mind, we offer flexible return options for items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain exclusions apply to sale items and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to return and the reason why.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, or visit any DECJUBA standalone store for a free in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
